We are currently seeking an Inside Sales to join our team of professionals in Morton Grove, IL .
Job Overview:
The Inside Sales will maintain and develop the company's existing account relationships with the goal of meeting all company objectives. The good candidate will be developed to be the Account Manager of the sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
Offer best service and quick response to the customer?s inquires and requests
Manage the daily inquiries and get the customer the official quotation through our online web application
Follow up the open quotation on a regular basis to close the opportunity with the order
Improvement of the Sales Order/Quotation ratio via regular group email follow-up via our web system, or phone calls
Manage the sales email and get the customer quick reply
Introduce new products and service to the customers
Manage assigned accounts and keeping in touch with them through email, phones, and the web ?Customer social? feature; Use the ?Customer social? feature to maintain the customer relationship by regular follow-ups and relationship building
Be in the sales phone queue system
Build solid customer relationship and keep customer relationships loyal
Job Requirements:
Associate degree or above, Bachelor preferred
2+ years of experience in inside sales or account management
Very good at using computer and Microsoft Office. Experience of using order management system is required.
E-commerce or advertising industry experience a plus
Experience in the B2B field is preferred
Ability to maintain and develop existing, long-term business relationships with key accounts
Ability and willingness to adopt and learn new technologies and skills
Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills
Effective negotiating skills
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations concurrently
Maintain a good corporate image
