Sales operation specialist Job Opening in Sunnyvale, California - Infortrend has a new opportunity for a sales operation specialist. We are located in Sunnyvale near the 101 Lawrence exit. No experience required, we will train you with the necessary technical knowledge required to perform job duties. Core Functions and basic duties
Learn about our storage solutions and technical offerings.
Coordinate sales from order entry to shipment to customer
Answer inbound inquiries via phone/emails
Utilize SAP to enter orders and review inventory
Process RMA requests and inquiries
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Organizational skills and attention to details
Proficiency with MS Office suite
Ability to learn and apply new concepts
Flexible and open to accepting duties beyond job description
Proactive at solving issues
