IT Technical Support Specialist Job Opening in san diego, California - IT Technical Support Specialist Tech Force is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic technician to become a member of our fast-paced tech support team that handles support for local businesses in Southern California. This position requires skills with handling on-site support requests and maintenance of clients' networks and computers. Customer service and communication skills are a MUST in this position. MCSE, A , CCNA and similar certifications desired. Basic Duties Include: - Rapid response to support calls - Mac and PC O/S experience - Computer reloads - Virus and spyware cleanup - Basic wired and wireless networking - Workstation hardware and software troubleshooting Advanced Duties Include: - Windows Server reloads - Active Directory administration - Exchange administration - Server application support - MPOE and telecommunications wiring - Advanced networking troubleshooting Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of desktop support - Reliable transportation - Excellent phone and customer communication skills Skills Preferred: - Microsoft certifications a plus - Cisco a plus - Advanced networking (routing, DNS, VoIP) - Linux/BSD experience san diego ca california
