Office Manager Job Opening in Elizabeth, Colorado - This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to become a key representative in a small company environment that is committed to providing development and design/build services. Western LLC is seeking an Office Manager to join our team. This position will be based out of the Elizabeth, Colorado office. The successful candidate must work well in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, can multi-task while setting priorities and completing tasks on time, be a self-starter, able to work independently, possess excellent communication skills, exhibit the utmost professional attitude, and foster a positive relationship with clients and team members. This position requires a blend of administration, customer service/marketing, and accounting skills.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all front office functions
Provide excellent customer service to team members, , and clients
Provide daily proactive office support
Growth opportunities and marketing/business development
Assist marketing department with various tasks
Assist accounting department with various tasks

2+ years? experience in an office manager position
Must be proficient in QuickBooks
Have full-cycle accounting experience
Positive, optimistic, and can-do attitude with the ability to work with minimal oversight, but able to take direction from team members
Reliable, self-starter, highly organized, manages time well
Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in fast paced environment
Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Familiarity with the industry a plus
