As the newest member of our sales team you will be responsible for driving sales through lead qualification, taking inbound calls, and responding to email inquiries. Required skills include superior customer service, an expert on the CedarWorks line of products (don't worry, we'll train you!), as well as meeting and exceeding monthly and annual performance and sales goals. Additionally, you?ll be tasked with the following:
Achieve monthly and quarterly goals related to sales, phone activity, and other metrics as determined by management.
Answer inbound calls, emails and chats from playset owners and new leads.
Utilize strong and effective closing techniques to maximize sales opportunities with each contact.
Place outbound telephone calls to effectively communicate the value of a CedarWorks playset.
Complete playset and accessory quotes and orders, as requested, using CedarWorks proprietary design programs and CRM applications.
Assist customers with playset designs and provide expert product advice.
Assist walk-in customers at our Rockport display area.
Assist customer service with sales related issues.
Provide back up support for other team members with sales and designs.
Additional duties as assigned.
