Description:
Responsible for designing and developing a product/product family
Ensures production procedures efficiently utilize materials and personnel
Tests finished product for quality purposes and recommends changes to product specifications as necessary
Requirements:
This is a software developer position
This position requires the design, development and release of Windows Desktop Applications (WPF GUI) in the Dyno Powertrain Testing Environment
Be able to develop GUI applications using various 3rd party controls (spreadsheets, data grids)
Be able to program to display Real-Time data on graphical elements/views
Write applications using the latest MS Visual Studio in environment
Work closely with customer-facing consultants to ensure that development efforts truly meet customer needs
Be a team player?share information openly, help others, be open to new ideas and ?go the extra mile? when needed
This is not an embedded position.
Requirements:
3+ years Windows Desktop Application Development (GUI). Not entry level
High proficiency in user interface design principles, and standards
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Multithreaded, Async/Await, TPL, Parallel Programming
WCF, (Entity Framework)
Automotive experience nice, BUT NOT required
Travel and Driving Notes:
May be required to drive a company car. A valid driver's license is required as well as a clean driving record.
Will be required to travel domestically to 20%
