Jumbo Capital invests in all property types and focuses on a range of transactions from $5-$200 million. Currently, the firm manages over 3.5 million square feet of commercial real estate in Greater Boston.
Senior Property Accountant role:
Responsibilities
Responsible for daily operations of 6-8 properties, the property accountant should be comfortable with complex commercial property types.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for properties including:
Variance analysis.
Balance sheet, reserves and capital expenditure analysis.
Review, analyze and record adjustments and accruals to general ledger.
Coordinate with Partners on property related financing activity.
Prepare CAM and property tax reimbursements.
Assist with the preparation of annul budget and property forecasts.
Prepare or assist with the preparation of annual audit and tax return packages.
Prepare or assist with lender reporting requirements.
Work directly with property and asset management teams to ensure financial integrity of assigned properties.
Participate in due diligence and financial analysis for acquisitions and dispositions.
Skills and qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills
Intellectually curious.
Team Player.
