Accounting Professional Job Opening in Andover, Massachusetts - eZuce is seeking a talented and motivated Accounting Professional to join our team! If you have 1-2 years of related experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Payroll and more and you are eager to work with a top notch team who will help you grow personally, professionally, and financially, then this is the job for you.

Salary: $35K - $40K per year
Job Responsibilities:
Process Company Payroll with accurate payroll entry into QuickBooks.
All Banking functions including check writing, wire transfers, bank reconciliations, etc.
All Accounts Payables functions including bill entry, bill payment and posting.
All Accounts Receivable functions including Invoicing, collections and payment posting.
Monthly close items including Payroll entries, Bank entries and expenses.
Expense Reconciliation with employees and vendors.
Salesforce administration. (Desired but not required)
Administrative functions, Mail, Fedex, supplies, etc., as needed.
Job Requirements:
College's degree.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
QuickBooks experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent PC skills. Fluency in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience working with or similar CRM is preferred.
