GENERAL SUMMARY
Drives revenue and provides an exceptional client experience through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, safe, well-maintained store environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Consistently provides an exceptional client experience.
Recovers and replenishes the store; executes merchandising directives and maintains visual merchandising presentations.
Understands the culture and ensures compliance with all Values & Behaviors, as well as store operational standards.
Maintains a clean store environment.
Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions.
Performs various sale and register transactions, including ringing purchases, counting money, and balancing the drawer.
Functions: Opening and Closing the store
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS.
Client Experience: Ability to function as some one who models the mission of the company, ensuring the customer remains top priority; takes initiative to build life-long relationships.
Must have experience selling ladies boutique fashions and possess the skills to build a sale while developing a relationship with the customer.
Receives and Follows Directions: Prioritize and meet deadlines as assigned by store manager.
Accuracy: Ability to handle cash and balance a drawer without error.
