CNAs perform various services for a patient as necessary to meet the patient?s personal needs, to promote the patient?s comfort, and a safe environment, in accordance with an established physician plan of care and under the supervision of a registered nurse case manager or other professional as dictated by state.

Qualifications:
CPR and current CNA license
Prefer one year, recent, experience in Hospice, Med/Surg, or long-term-care facility
Must be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner; able to follow instructions and document care given
Must be flexible and able to work independently
Demonstrated skill with general use and functions of the computer; internet; e-mail; navigation of computer desktop and proficient with smart phone
Must have own (reliable) transportation, valid driver?s license, and car insurance
Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function
A professional image and the ability to maintain a positive and respectful attitude are crucial
