PeopleSoft Project Coordinator/Business Analyst Job Opening in Honolulu, Hawaii - GoAhead Solutions has a great opportunity for a PeopleSoft Project analyst in Honolulu, HI. This would be a Nine month contract to start out.
Job Description:
PeopleSoft Project Analyst will be assisting in the kick off of a PeopleSoft Financials Upgrade project.
Duties and Responsibilities:
PeopleSoft:
-Help to update support guides, documentation, interface and process diagrams.
-Monitor orchestrator jobs for issues.
-BA documentation for Peoplesoft upgrade project.
-Help with production support
Finance:
-Meet with Finance monthly to review Oracle PBCS release notes for changes and impact to HA. Address concerns and follow up with Oracle as needed.
-Coordinate software updates for Smartview Excel add-in and EPM Automate.
-Log tickets with Oracle for PBCS questions or issues.
-Monitor PBCS jobs
LogoStore:
-Visit LogoStore weekly or monthly to review any issues or upcoming events.
-Manage Logostore requests (MiFi Devices, ipad or software issues)
Assist PM with the following:
-Creation of Implementation Plan
-Creation of the Project Charter
-Creation of Requirements Doc
-Creation of Systems Architecture docs
-Creation of Project Schedule
-Creation and mgmt. of Risks/Issues Register
-Creation of and follow up to Meeting Minutes
-Adherence to SOX Compliance
-Work with Accounting Team to create Test Scripts
-Creation of Traceability Matrix
-Adherence to PeopleSoft Vendor upgrade
-Creation of Status Reports
Experience/Skills Required:
-7 years of Project Coordinator or Project Management experience
-5 years of Business Analysis experience
-5 years of PeopleSoft experience
Education Requirements:
Four-year college degree preferred with an emphasis in a computer related field or the equivalent skill, knowledge and mental development
