Description
Responsible for the overall management of the Information Technology Department
Provide technical based, project focused, management of Information Technology staff
Works within Corporate, DoD, DoN, PMRF, and Departmental IT policy
Provides Personnel Management, Oversight, and associated Performance Reviews
Participates in contract proposals, negotiations, and modifications as required
Provides Cost Accounting, Cost Forecasting, and overall Budgeting responsibilities for the IT Department
Develops, revises, updates, and approves Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Department Internal Procedures (DIPs) and Maintenance Procedures (MP)
Prepares and submits briefings, analysis, and reports to include Contract Data Requirements on time
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University in IT Management, Cyber Security, Computer Science, IT Services, or other related scientific field is required
Required Certifications:
Either a CAP, GSLC, CISM, CISSP
MCSA or CCNS Certification considered a plus
PMP Certification is preferred
Six Sigma, CMMI, ITIL or COBALT-5 Certification is preferred
