We are looking for someone to join our team as a Business Broker/M&A Advisor based in Long Island, Brooklyn, or the Hudson Valley area of NY.
We provide a lead generation program, training and a favorable commission plan that rewards the best brokers by increasing your percentage based on the more you sell in each calendar year with a top percentage of 80% for your share of a deal which allows you to make as much as $250,000 or more on a single deal. We have developed a large database of 15,000 potential buyers and have a marketing plan in place. The position would involve meeting with owners of profitable businesses to develop assignments to sell their business and establishing great relationships with owners that are looking to retire or divest from their business and potential buyers that are interested in acquiring a business. We would assist you in evaluating financial information to provide them with a potential selling price. Once you have an assignment, you would write up a profile about the business, we would provide and you would speak with potential buyers, negotiate a deal, overcome any hurdles and close the sale.
We focus on selling businesses with annual revenue of $500,000 to $15Million. The position is commission only and it usually takes 6-9 months to close your first deal so you must have some savings or other source of income. We are interested in successful people that will develop great relationships with buyers and sellers while managing the process of selling a business.
