Our company EasternCCTV was started in early 2000 and has already successfully established 6 Branches across the US.
We specialize in manufacturing and distribution of CCTV Equipment. We ultimately provide installation companies, retailers and Distributors with and most advanced technologies on the market today.
Our name is known in the industry as a well-established manufacturer, for this reason we expanding our sales group here in Plainview

In-house sales
Main responsibilities
Answer calls and emails from customers
Must provide excellent customer service and respond to requests immediately
Successful candidate will be highly organized and able to demonstrate a track record of great follow-through
Successful candidate will set goals and develop and execute a strategy to meet these goals
Expected to make sales calls to customers and prospects.
Responsible for prospecting to find new customers
Responsible for expanding existing accounts and making cold calls to potential new accounts
Responsible for researching items, quoting products to customers, and closing sales
Successful candidate will be able to rapidly learn about our wide array of products and be able to make recommendations to customers
Should be able to develop excellent relationships with customer base
Follow up returns and refund sales
Understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions.
Requirements
1+ years sales experience
Confidence to talk to anyone/ No cold calling fears / hungry to build your own customer based
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting towards meeting established objectives.
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
Must maintain calls log and forecast funnel
Great follow up skills
Computer Skills; Excel and Outlook.
Additional
Knowledge of security system design (preferred, but not required) / Tech-savvy / a fast-learner
Have a passion for the security surveillance industry (Preferred but not required), but clear passion for personal development.
