Automotive Sales Consultant Job Opening in Manheim, Pennsylvania - AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT
Due to an increase in business at the Hondru Dealerships, we are looking for qualified applicants to join our sales team. Prior experience is preferred but not a must.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Our sales consultants build an open, friendly relationship with customers both on the telephone and in person. Duties include but are not limited to answering questions, demonstrating vehicle features, and assisting our customers to select the vehicle for their needs. As a member of our team, you will be expected to be well informed and knowledgeable about our new and used inventory on vehicle selection, performance, accessories, efficiencies, safety, features, and functions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
*High School/GED required
*Previous experience helpful, but will train the right candidate
*Outstanding communications skills and interpersonal skills
*Great attitude with high-energy personality
*Ability to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals
*Self-motivation and the ability to work in a team environment
*Impressive work-ethic
*Neat, clean and professional appearance
COMPENSATION
Salary plus commission or salary pay plan option.
