Job Description
The Sales Support Specialist will interact with customers on a regular basis and support the sales activities of Account Managers. Daily activities will include both administrative and sales related tasks. You will be creating itemized quotes, assisting customers, and responding to phone and web inquiries. The primary goal of this entry-level position is to quickly transition to an Account Manager role. As this position is ultimately focused on sales success, we offer an hourly base pay plus uncapped commission incentives.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Sales experience preferred, but not required
Strong work ethic, organizational skills and time management
Self-motivated with an engaging level of enthusiasm
Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships
Desire to work in fast-paced office environment
Proficient in MS Office
High school diploma required, college degree preferred
While this is an office based position, you may be required to attend occasional training activities and trade shows. Typical working hours are Monday-Friday from 8-5.
