DialAmerica is growing and currently hiring full time and part time Inbound sales agents to close sales for a premier identity theft protection company
Responsibilities:
Turn incoming inquiries into sales by effectively communicating the advantages and features of our product with strong benefit statements
Drive profit by utilizing persuasive sales techniques to upsell and cross sell additional products
Ensure a positive customer experience by educating customers on the features and benefits of the product, responding to questions and overcoming objections, and closing quality sales.
Document all prospect information and communications and sales in our computer systems.
Produce weekly and monthly sales and revenue goals.
