Pacifica Senior Living is a premier southern California Assisted Living community, providing care to seniors and their families throughout the United States.
As a team player, you may be at times asked to do or participate in a different department other than marketing.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales.
Plan and implement existing marketing events for the public and the residents.
Sales/Marketing experience in a Senior Living or Healthcare Environment.
Knowledge of the surrounding area.
Proficient with database software.
Enjoy working with the Senior Population.
Must be comfortable working in a team oriented environment.
**This is a salary plus commissions position.**
Close sales by assisting prospective residents, their family members, and/or advisors in the decision-making process by understanding their needs and educating them about services and programs that can meet their needs.
Respond promptly to every telephone call or in-person inquiry from all referral sources, prospective residents, and families.
Responsible for being the single point of contact for referral agencies.
Develop and maintains relationships with and generates leads through resident, family, and professional referral sources on a weekly basis.
Utilize sales processes, systems, and forms for external and internal sales to perform job duties, track information, compile data and reports, and achieve desired community occupancy goals.
Partner with district sales management to develop and execute marketing plans and achieve communities' press releases and other forms of media that promote the communities services.
Represent the communities and increases awareness through participation in outside events, professional groups, and community involvement in the local market
Continuously work toward meeting or exceeding the yearly budgeted census on an on-going basis.
Training all management team members in all aspects of the marketing functions in order to assist when necessary.
Represent the community in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Bring awareness to the immediate community neighborhood regarding the community and all services provided.
Required skills and qualifications:
A proven track record of success at closing sales.
A minimum of 2 years college experience.
Good computer skills, proficient with Microsoft office and the ability to learn new programs.
Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
A leader within the community with an attitude for success.
Proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads.
