Accounts Receivable Associate. Job Opening in Baltimore, Maryland - ACL Cleaning LLC. Local company is now looking to add an Accounts Receivable Associate.
In this part-time position, you will be responsible for all accounts receivable related administrative functions, including posting customers payments, credits, adjustments, and invoicing.
More Specifically you will:
Prepare Daily Deposits
Answer any questions in the claim department§ Accounts Receivable collections
Perform collection procedures which include and sending copies of outstanding invoices and current statements to our clients
Interacting with Clients via Phone, Email and in person to ensure that payment status and details are up to date.
Keep accurate and thorough notes to keep management informed so they can assist with collections when necessary.
Able to act independently accomplish goals, and responsibilities with minimal supervision
Handle other duties
Assigned Education and Experience:
High School Diploma required,
Degree is accounting or Finance a plus2 years minimum experience in Accounts Receivable and :
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to consistently meet deadlines§ Must be able to handle large volume work load§ Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent Organization and follow through skills§ Basic Excel and Word knowledge required
Quick books
Is a must!! Par-time Monday to Friday 9.00 Am 3.30 Pm, 30 Minutes unpaid lunch
