Property Accountant Job Opening in Silver Spring, Maryland - We are seeking a highly motivated, professional with 3+ years of property accounting experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, monthly and quarterly reporting, and cash basis operating method.
Specific Requirements:
Must have experience with financial statements, GL Codes, Importing and Exporting reports.
Experience with Realpage/Onesite software a plus.
Must be organized and able to prioritize accordingly
Must feel free in sharing tasks and working together with counter parts to accomplish over all goals
Must feel comfortable with taking direction and issuing instruction at same time
Must be professional in manner of speaking and conducting business
Must be able to focus on task at hand while others are on phone
This is a full time, Monday - Friday position from 9am - 6pm with a 1 hour lunch. One Saturday a month is required.
