Senior Accountant Job Opening in Annapolis, Maryland - SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
For over 50 years, Mullen, Sondberg, Wimbish & Stone, PA, a full-service public accounting and consulting firm located in Annapolis, MD, has been providing tax, accounting and auditing services for a wide variety of clients in the metropolitan area.
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a motivated professional to lead tax & accounting engagements.
Responsibilities:
Prepare corporate, individual, partnership, fiduciary, and other tax returns prepared by the firm
Perform bookkeeping, general ledger and payroll services for clients
Other accounting duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting (CPA is a plus)
5 years Accounting experience (experience in public accounting a plus)
Strong client service, organizational, analytical and PC skills including QuickBooks proficiency
Ability to work closely with other professionals, including staff and clients, and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
CCH Prosystem fx and Engagement experience a plus
