Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Crofton, Maryland - The ideal candidate will have:
Significant sales experience at the upper management levels. Most of our prospects are business owners and association managers.
A basic understanding of human resource services. Human resource experience without sales experience is a disqualifier.
An understanding of budgets and profit and loss statements.
The ability to make a business case for outsourcing.
Patience and perseverance. The sales cycle is typically ninety to one hundred and twenty days.
Problem solving/opportunity recognition skills.
Ability to customize proposals and services based on the prospect?s needs.
Knowledge of excel, word and related tools.
