Total Rental Solutions (TRS), a worldwide leading provider in Audio Visual equipment, Computer Equipment, and Office equipment is looking for a Sales Assistant with some previous sales experience.
TRS has an exciting opportunity for a Sales assistant within the Central Florida region. The purpose of the Sales Assistant is to help the sales team cultivate new business development opportunities, as well as build upon existing business relationships, by assessing and then promoting audio, video, lighting, computer, and office products and services to fulfill client business needs.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and energetic professional who provides outstanding customer service, is comfortable speaking over the phone, and is able to build relationships with internal and external customers.
Job Duties include (but are not limited to):
Create effective business plans for generating new sales leads. Follow-up and follow through with self-generated leads to achieve sales target goals.
Continual learning of new product and services to best represent the company to potential clients
Preparing proposals, and closing sales
Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential accounts, building rapport with key decision makers, and penetrating these accounts
Assisting a sales rep consultant with hotels, convention centers, and vendors on event related matters.
Control of the sales cycle from cold calls to close and detect ways to increase profit on product sales
Sales Assistant will perform tasks, procedures and functions vital to the daily operation of the sales team. Candidate will be responsibilities for multi-tasking, organization, and time management.
Job Requirements include (but are not limited to):
Cold Calls (100+ calls per day)
Data Entry
Email Communication
Extensive Internet Research
Order Entry
Skills and Qualifications:
Great Communication skills verbal/written (vocal inflection, conversation control, etc.)
Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, telemarketing, group and event planning) preferred.
Successful track record of meeting sales goals.
Team player and people-oriented.
Self-Starter and self-motivated; persistent and does not take NO for an answer.
Highly organized with effective time management skills.
The ability to exceed monthly sales quotas.
Viewed as a plus and highly encouraged to apply:
