POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the Business Development Director. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
The goal of this position is to facilitate the team?s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. This entry level position is a growth opportunity for future positions with greater responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage inbound sales
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the team?s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Respond to customer inquiries/ complaints
Provide after-sales support to clients when needed
Handle order processing with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems, or work with sales reps to inform clients of delays and problems (as well as to solve these problems)
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Organize client files and documents, communicate client information to team as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma required
Relevant work experience can be taken in lieu of an Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus; experience in promotional product sales will be considered a plus
Excellent customer service mindset and superb communication skills (written, oral and electronic)
High level of attention to detail with a love for organizing and an aptitude for problem-solving
Must be fluent in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Prior experience with a client relationship management system (CRM) preferred
Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish will be considered a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
