Sales Advocates are paid a competitive hourly rate and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives.
GENERAL DUTIES: Duties generally include but are not limited to the following:
? Sales and marketing of Cricket wireless prepaid products and services
? Achieve monthly assigned quota by selling wireless phones, accessories, service plans and service features
? Understand customers' needs and help them discover how Cricket no- contract/prepaid product and service meet those needs
? Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
? Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers
? Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with company procedures
? Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following:
? Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
? Stand for long periods of time
? Participate in outside sales events and promotions
? Work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate may be required

Required Education: High school or equivalent experience preferred
Required Experience:
Minimum of 1 year Customer Service
