Route Sales Driver - Dothan/Ozark Job Opening in Dothan, Alabama - Builds relationships with customers to increase sales. Delivers coffee and tea products to established customers within the Southeastern Alabama area. Maintains and repairs equipment. Keeps track of product inventory. Travels in box truck to call on established customers. Sells additional products such as paper products, tableware, juices, creamers, sweeteners, and other beverage products. Actively works with territory sales representative to increase the number of products sold to existing accounts. Looks for new business along route, and makes referrals to sales representative. Inventories customers? product on hand and determines appropriate amount for next delivery. Investigates and resolves delivery issues.
Required Qualifications: High school or GED equivalent plus two years job-related route sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong interest in sales required. Route sales in the food industry experience preferred. Knowledge of sales practices and principles. Knowledge of business math. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Proficient skill with personal computer and job-related software including MicroSoft Office products. Ability to drive 16 ? 18 foot box truck.
