Physician Recruiter Job Opening in Houston, Texas - We are currently seeking a Physician Recruiter to lead and direct the recruitment of physicians for hospital based client partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a strategic physician recruitment plan.
Arrange and coordinate all aspects of the site visits, including facilitating tours and meet-and-greet opportunities for candidates.
Coordinate and plan conferences, job fairs, and all other large recruitment activities.
Foster and preserve relationships with physicians and help to ensure retention of medical staff members through practice enhancement and development activities.
Liaise with credentialing department to ensure all credentials of the physicians are complete and the physician is scheduled.
Utilize social media platforms to drive networking and candidate pool development.
Qualifications :
3+ years physician recruitment experience including sourcing, interviewing, contract negotiation, and placement.
College degree or equivalent experience
Extensive knowledge of various recruitment methods specific to physician recruitment, including experience of internet sourcing utilizing social media and networking tools.
