Principle Duties
C ontact customers and prospects daily via phone to identify, manage, and close up-sell or add-on opportunities through all sales stages
Conduct regular prospecting and sales calls to target accounts in order to impart product attributes and deliver demonstrations via online meetings.
Generates quotes and proposals for installation and service with the assistance of the Project Engineering team.
Closes sales and meets monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Some college courses in business-related field is helpful
Inside sales experience with experience selling over the phone ideal, but not required
Computer literate with a working knowledge of Windows-based programs
Excellent organizational skills and ability to independently plan and carry out daily agenda with limited supervision
Ability to multi-task, remain organized, and meet deadlines and sales goals.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and telephone skills
Dynamic and professional phone presence with the ability to build customer rapport and close sales!
Setup and maintain customer information in CRM
