System Developer/Programmer - International Bank Job Opening in New York, New york - International Bank is looking for the system responsible for:
- The analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance of in-house applications
- The support of End of Day processes for Securities Lending operations
- Guidance to consultants and temporary staff
- Management of vendors engagements when needed
Requirement:
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or a related field
At least 5 years of experience programming in C# and Framework and SQL
Knowledge of: Windows7 and later, Windows Server 2008, 2012, Linux, Architecture: 2-tier and 3-tier architecture models, RDBMS: SQL Server, Oracle
Proven experience writing system documentation (design, test plans, test execution, implementation plans and implementation execution )
Experience working from system requirements and design specifications through implementation
Strong analytic and problem solving skills
Ability to troubleshoot applications and identify root cause of a defect
Excellent written and verbal communication
Domain knowledge of Financial / Banking Institution methodologies is a plus
strong understanding of the software development life cycle
