Crazy Mountain Brewing Company is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to reside over business development and account management in Oklahoma, Kansas and surrounding areas. This newly created position is a revenue generation role for Crazy Mountain and facilitates the positive recognition of our brand. The Regional Sales Representative fulfills a variety of duties all intended to grow and develop the Crazy Mountain brand. At CMBC our operations are often versatile and dynamic. The Sales Representative will report to the VP of Sales and would ideally be located in Wichita, KS, Kansas City, KS, Oklahoma City, OK or Tulsa, OK.
Job Duties:
The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for increasing sales within each region and executing and managing distributors? annual business plan.
The Regional Sales Representative manages inventory at the distributor level and performs quality control verifications.
The Regional Sales Representative trains distributors and retail personnel.
The Regional Sales Representative oversees positive relationships and commitments with accounts and business partners of Crazy Mountain.
The Regional Sales Representative generates, hunts and closes sales opportunities for Crazy Mountain Brewing Company and our craft beer products.
The Regional Sales Representative increases sales within each region.
This position participates in marketing events and public awareness in order to promote Crazy Mountain locally, regionally and nationally.
This position partners with the sales team to enhance business development initiatives.
The Regional Sales Representative ensures accounts are made aware of all product lines, our core craft beers, Local Stash craft beers and contracted beers. This position also rotates taps and earns additional taps at accounts.
The Regional Sales Representative acts as a brewery ambassador and promotor of Crazy Mountain.
The Regional Sales Representative ensures every account is well supported and pleased with Crazy Mountain craft beers and service. This position acts as a primary point of contact for accounts.
This position checks distribution work and provides problem resolution to all situations.
The Regional Sales Representative links production and sales to ensure an efficient, knowledgeable and successful operation.
This position provides excellent guest service, account service and internal customer service at all times to promote successful operations at Crazy Mountain Brewery.
This position seeks and identifies potential opportunities for the organization.
The Regional Sales Representative oversees and actively participates in company promotions including festivals and events.
This position generates revenue and positive recognition for Crazy Mountain.
The Regional Sales Representative ensures compliance with all regulations.
This role prevents the sale to and consumption of alcohol to all persons underage.
The Sales Representative ensures a safe and clean work environment at all times.
The Sales Representative facilities a positive and motivated work environment at all times.

Qualification & Education Requirements:
Prior craft beer experience is preferred.
Prior experience in craft beer sales a plus.
An entrepreneurial spirit is a plus.
Superior sales, prospecting and account management abilities are essential for this role.
Must be of legal age to consume alcohol
Must have a valid driver?s license in good standing
Must prevent underage alcohol consumption at all times.
Must be able to personally acquire and pay for TIPS certification within 60 days of employment.
Must be able to work some evenings, weekends, festivals and events.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to travel over 50% of the time
Must be able to regularly lift, push and pull up to 50lbs.
Previous production experience is a plus
Strong vendor relations experience is preferred
Startup mentality is highly desirable.
A passion for craft beer is required.
Strong organization and time management skills
Strong customer service and relationship building abilities
