Director of Health Care Services Job Opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma - Interim Healthcare is currently seeking a Director of Health Care Services for our Home Health Department. As the Director of Health Care Services you will be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of all clinical and paraprofessional services in accordance with the core values of Interim HealthCare. Primary responsibilities include ensuring qualified employees and contractors provide patient care and paraprofessional services in accordance with applicable law and regulations and accepted standards of care, as well as Interim HealthCare policies and procedures.

Requirements include :
Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Oklahoma, BSN
Five (5) years of home health experience as a Registered Nurse within the last seven (7) years.
Three (3) years of home care experience managing caregivers within the last five (5) years.
OASIS experience.
Our office services the following cities: Tulsa, Bartlesville, Cleveland, Mannford, Owasso, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Broken Arrow, Claremore and other surrounding cities.
