South Tulsa therapy clinic has an immediate opening for Medical Billing Clerk. Requires detail orientated work, organization skills, and good communication with team members.
Duties include: checking Medicaid eligibility, requesting insurance authorizations, work on Medicaid denials, process discharged patients, sending/receiving medical records and patient chart scanning, contacting schools and physician offices for necessary patient information and prescriptions. Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook. A Minimum of 1 year experience in medical billing office. Knowledge of medical billing software and coding preferred but not required.
