Senior Infrastructure Analyst Job Opening in Carrollton, Texas - Senior Infrastructure Analyst for immediate consideration, email resume to responsibilities ? to be a senior point of reference for the global vmware, windows server, active directory, exchange and network infrastructure ? respond to escalation of support incidents from our global it support team ? identify technical solutions for problems, improvements and developments ? to support and enhance the server, desktop and network estate to ensure maximum practical availability and efficiency ? to ensure that departmental standards are adhered to when supporting the company infrastructure ? to help deliver project tasks within agreed timescales ? take direction from senior members of the infrastructure group skill requirements essential ? prior experience within a similar role (5+ years) ? assertive, confident, positive and detail oriented manner, with an excellent and courteous telephone etiquette ? strong analytical, testing, and problem solving skills, with attention to detail ? self-driven and results oriented with sound judgment in identifying appropriate severity levels and prioritizing efforts accordingly ? excellent time management and the ability to act independently under general direction ? excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident telephone manner ? ability to deal with peaks in workload, with a calm and detail oriented manner ? flexible and adaptable as the business demands, along with changes in supported platforms and methodologies ? microsoft windows server 2008, 2012 ? microsoft exchange server 2013 ? active directory design and administration ? vmware esxi implementation and administration ? routing and switching ? firewall security ? san and storage services ? knowledge of sql desirable ? bachelor degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field preferred (equivalent work experience and combination of relevant coursework may be acceptable) ? certification ? microsoft/vmware/cisco/check point ? project management experience ? server clustering ? sharepoint 2013 ? skype for business server 2015 ? veeam backup recovery ? zscaler
