As an inside sales representative, you will work with our Account Executives on various aspects relating to sales development and account management. Included, but not limited to, communicating specifications to our estimating and mailing departments, the resolution of production related questions and the maintenance of prospect and client records in our CRM database. Additionally, you will be responsible for the cultivation of new leads through cold calling and networking.
Required Skills:
Prior knowledge within the printing industry is beneficial
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present yourself in a professional manner
Proficient with Microsoft Office and or other CRM programs
Analytical skills are essential
Ability to prioritize and organize projects and tasks and to multi-task
A high degree of urgency to serve the customer
