Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Madison, Wisconsin - Summary Alphagraphics has expanded beyond Madison and opened a Milwaukee location to provide quick commercial printing and related graphic services to serve the Greater Milwaukee Market
Alphagraphics The Madison and Milwaukee facilities are seeking an individual to support our outside sales reps with sales activities including estimates, quotes and customer service follow up.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following .
As part of overall Sales process it is expected that internal sales reps? responsibilities will facilitate transition of daily customer relationship from Outside Account Executive to customer service .
Represents the business center in a professional courteous and friendly manner to co-workers, prospective and existing customers.
Display product knowledge, demonstrating "can do "attitude towards customers and prospects
Communicate with suppliers, internal management while utilizing Printsmith operating system and report functions . Responsibilities include creating and delivering estimates to customers, manage internal sales/production process and prepare invoices.
learn and utilize technical knowledge of printing process, including understanding of all areas and functions performed within the business center. Training will be available.
Initiate and schedule meetings in order to maintain accurate communication with outside Sales
Attend daily production meetings as required by the business center owner or the Production Scheduler.
Skills and Experience: Only candidates with a Graphic Arts or Print background will be considered
Knowledge and employment experience with small to medium size print shops
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the marketing and sales process including but not limited to personal efforts via networking, social media and direct marketing.
Excellent abilities and experience in Customer Service and in meeting deadlines.
Ability to manage customer requirements with Production scheduling
Qualifications:
Only candidates with a Graphic Arts or Print sales background will be considered
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
Working knowledge and experience with Office as well as project management, spreadsheet and word processing software for MAC and PC?s.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Proven ability to meet sales and productivity goals and expectations
Strong analytical and customer service skills.
Demonstrated sales and printing industry related skills.
Familiarity with PrintSmith or similar print related operating system

Salary Range $ 35,x to $45,x and bonus plan based on skill level and experience
