Part-time Hotel Front Desk- Night Auditor
We are looking for a professional candidate with prior hotel experience.
Position Description/Duties:
Overall, you will be the face of the hotel-responsible for handling all guest interactions and going above and beyond to exceed guest requests.
She/he will provide the first point of contact for guests whom is responsible for creating an excellent first impression when a guest arrives at the hotel and last impression when guest departs the hotel.
As a front desk agent, your primary responsibility is to provide service to all hotel guest incoming/in-house/ and inquiries.
You are responsible for demonstrating the hotels? culture.
You will oversee the billing processes and check-in & check-out procedures and anticipate for critical to assist wherever necessary to help alleviate the pressure and to foresee the guest stay is quality. The property is in a fast-paced, high-demand, high-occupancy, and leisure travel area therefore, the reservations are critical to the hotel s to detail for billing purposes is especially vital to the hotels business standpoint.
Associate/Guest Service Agent is held accountable for all duties of this job and other duties as assigned. -All positions require weekends and holidays
Fundamentals: To be successful in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills and be able to read, write and speak fluently. You will regularly use a computer and different software. This position requires continuous movement, and occasionally, you will have to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
Flexible Schedule Required!
Hotel/Opera Experience preferred
11 PM - 7 AM shift
