Executive Compensation Analyst Job Opening in Dallas, Texas - This position will report to the Executive Compensation Manager and will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Jacobs Executive Compensation processes.
The Executive Compensation Analyst must be able to operate at a high level in a fast paced and high demand environment.
Responsibilities will include:
Administration of our Long-Term Incentive Plan, including the processing of annual and off-cycle grant awards and associated dividend payments, as applicable;
daily, monthly, and annual stock grant financial reporting to accounting and various country contacts; day-to-day contact for external vendor of our stock
programs; preparation of Form 4s, as necessary. Participates in stock plan surveys and researches issues as they arise.
Administration of the executive and Board stock ownership program
Coordinates updates of materials for the Human Resource & Compensation Committee of the Board
Assist in preparation of annual proxy statement
Participate in annual and ad-hoc compliance audits
Administration of the Company?s non-qualified deferred compensation plan for Jacobs and its participating Affiliates, including the annual enrollment process,
employee communication and education, and processing annual and periodic distributions. Also administers the deferred compensation program with respect to deferred equity.
Communicate with Finance, Legal, Compensation, Human Resources and Jacobs employees to provide support, information and guidance
Create and maintain compensation database relating to our Officer population
Create and maintain process guides and records
Stays up to date on regulatory changes to ensure proper administration and compliance of executive compensation matters
Special projects, as assigned
Qualifications * Bachelor?s Degree preferred in HR, Business or Finance * At least 3 years of stock administration experience, preferably in a large global organization is required * High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint * Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment * Excellent analytical and quantitative skills * Ability to remain flexible and adapt to change * Proven experience adhering to deadlines * Excellent communications skills, both interpersonal and writing * Strong customer service orientation
