Position: Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant - Summary of Responsibilities:
Perform bookkeeping duties Quarterly / Monthly / Yearly Auditing and Jornal Entries
Provides management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounts; preparing financial statements
Create reports including AR/AP, Balance Sheets and Profit-and-Loss Statements
Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts
Assist with preparing Forecasts and Budgets
Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling account
Other Accounting related duties may apply
Senior Accountant - Requirements:
Must have at least a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 5 years of experience as a Staff Accountant
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience in QuickBooks is a big plus
Must be able to travel to Reynosa, Mexico facility as needed.
While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms , stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and listen. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision
