Front of House Assistant Manager Job Opening in oneonta, New York - Front of House Assistant Manager The Hidden Inn is currently seeking a full time Front of the House Assistant Manager that is energetic, pleasant to be around, and who has prior experience in a restaurant. We are looking for someone that has impeccable service standards and attention to detail, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Must be organized, self-motivated, and have the ability to exceed our guests? expectations and maintain guest relations. FOH assistant manager will assist the general manager in managing the operations and staff of the Hidden Inn, including the execution of all company policies, procedures, hiring, scheduling, programs and systems while promoting best business practices and ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local laws. Preference will be given to those who have 3 years experience in the restaurant business, knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) system, and/or degree/degree track in restaurant and foodservice management.
