Setup new user hardware and new user accounts
Computer and VOIP system diagnostics and repair
Software development, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Network troubleshooting and maintenance
Systems backups and maintenance
20 hrs / week
Familiar with Mac OS and Chrome OS
Familiar with cloud-based services
Familiar with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
Able to work in a team environment
Willing to learn new technology
