We are currently seeking a Full Time Accounting / HR Representative to be responsible for performing a wide range of accounting, Human Resources and office support activities. Responsibilities will include; accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payroll, entering customer orders, creating bill of materials, issuing purchase orders, preparation of financial statements as well as handling HR related paperwork.
Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years accounting experience; Bachelor?s degree in Accounting is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must for this dynamic position. Previous experience utilizing QuickBooks is a must. This individual must be able to change tasks quickly and prioritize workload.
