We believe that individuals with design and creative backgrounds have the best abilities for communicating with clients and translating concepts & ideas into tangible products. Designers with the skills to manage the internal development process and existing accounts- things you?re probably already doing now. But now, you will take it a step further- by finding, contacting, and maintaining relationships with potential clients yourself.
Your ability to present and promote your thinking is essential. Prior sales experience is helpful, but not mandatory. Professional sales training and mentoring will be provided to help you to succeed.

What do you get?

What do I need to qualify?
At least five to seven years of successful design or design management experience in retail, exhibit, or point of purchase displays.
A demonstrable track record of designing programs that increased the bottom line for Fortune 500 companies
An entrepreneurial mindset to achieve success and overcome challenge
Prior selling experience a major plus (but not mandatory)
Executive presence and confidence: to effectively communicate with all levels of client decision makers
Ability to develop and manage your sales pipeline
College education is preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and with CRM software is important.
Finally, you?re going to need good problem solving skills. We've got a great team you can learn from and support you, but you'll need the drive & commitment to seize the opportunities and bring them to conclusion.
