Sales Administrator Job Opening in Chicago, Illinois - Triumph Books ? a world-wide leader in sports books publishing, has an immediate opportunity for an entry level Sales Associate. The successful candidate will work closely with the Triumph Sales Manager to provide administrative and analytical support to help launch new titles, harvest new opportunities, and manage inventory levels. The new Triumph team member will also interface and liaison with our 3rd party distributor.
Primary responsibilities include
Sales Reporting and Planning - assist with a broad range of sales related projects, including research, reports, communications, etc.
Sales Materials - prepare sales collateral materials for key accounts and in-house sale meetings.
Inventory Maintenance ? assist in tracking ongoing new title orders and estimates, and periodically provide suggested reprint levels based on sales results and stocking levels.
Other duties include
Special Sales - researching sponsors / corporate sales / and any non-traditional opportunities for select titles.
Title set-up, order maintenance and follow through for specialty house accounts.
Author Maintenance - coordination of author interaction such as distribution of author orders, individual author?s sales, and fielding general inquiries.
And all other duties as assigned

Conversant in Microsoft Office and strategic database use
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
