Supervisor ? Chief Financial Officer
This position will be a member of the Finance Team.
Responsibilities :
Prepare and complete General Ledger Journal transactions, monthly close and year-end entries. Back-up for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll functions. Complete all bank reconciliations. Assist in the annual audit and ensure completion of all schedules required for annual audit. Maintain the general ledger in accordance with GAAP. Data entry and analysis using budgeting software. Financial reporting and analysis. Other duties as assigned by CFO.
: Bachelor?s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field. Experience in nonprofit accounting preferred. Knowledge of GAAP and FASB regulations for nonprofits. Excellent quantitative skills. Proficiency in MS Office and advanced knowledge of Excel required. Experience with Accounting Software or Software as a Service. Experience in cost allocation and/or state contracts strongly preferred. Ability to solve problems independently. Flexible team player. Good judgment and high integrity, discretion, and confidentiality. Highly detail-oriented and accurate with numbers. Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to interact and treat co-workers with civility, kindness and professionalism. Managed care and medical billing experience preferred!
