Northland Group, a stable Financial Services organization, seeks an energetic Accounting Manager for this newly created position due to recent growth in our accounting department! Working in a busy environment, this individual will manage seven employees, maintain client expectations, improve process efficiency, reconcile daily postings and trouble shoot problems as they occur. Qualifications for this position include a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related area and 3-5 years experience in a corporate environment; proven ability to prepare accurate reports in a timely manner and to consistently meet deadlines. Must be a motivated self starter, organized, detail oriented and possess the ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner. It is imperative that this individual have the skillset to drive daily processes through to completion. Supervisory experience is required.
