Financial Analyst Job Opening in Jena, Louisiana - Universal Plant Services located in Jena Louisiana is in search of a Financial Analyst who has a Degree in Accounting. Our industry is Heavy Industrial and we are a contractor for the Petrochemical Plants and Refineries providing year round maintenance.

Summary:
This person will work in our local office. Must have 10 years of General and Financial Accounting experience in a related environment ? Payroll, AP, Billing, Financial Accounting, Budgeting, Inventory, WIP calculation, Job Cost Analysis, Journal Entries, Reconciliation of General Ledger, SG&A analysis. Requires excellent organization and Microsoft Excel skills.
**Ideal candidate must have experience doing full cycle Accounting including Audits and Financial statements**
**Degree preferred but will accept years of experience**
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze close/open jobs and prepare job profitability reports
Review WIP reports and calculate percentage of completion for firm price jobs
SG&A of all balance sheets accounts
Prepare journal entries and preparation of financial and forecasting
Year end financial audit
Provide management reports and analysis as needed
Other tasks as assigned
