Night Auditor Job Opening in Angola, Indiana - Part time 2-3 nights per week
hours 11 pm - 7 am
Adhere to cash control policies. strong cash handling skills
Posting room charges, being accountable.
Being very knowledgeable about location or rooms, rates, amenities, and surrounding area.
Answering the telephone using proper phone etiquette.
Guest Satisfaction, be professional and friendly to guest inquiries.
Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Anticipating guests needs.
Must be able to Multi-task
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Accounting or strong Math background preferred
Minimum 2 years computer experience with data processing, spreadsheet and database experience
Strong organizational skills
Decision making and problem solving skills
Be self supervised
Attention to detail
Good written communication
Friendly under pressure
Clean, neat and professional appearance
