Lifestyle Support Specialist Job Opening in Paramus, New jersey - In this unique role, you will work closely with our team, our caregivers, and our clients to support the delivery of a highly differentiated client experience. Focus is not on medical issues , but on the passions, hobbies, and daily details that are important to client.
Participate in weekly Case Review meetings on Monday mornings.
Meet with selected clients (determined by Executive Director and/or Supervisor of Client Services) in their homes to learn about their lifestyle and personal preferences.
Determine what will most enhance client?s experience with us and write a written guide to facilitate best practice. (ie, recipes, access to social activities, shopping, etc)
Meet with caregivers both on the job as well as in the office to provide guidance and direction regarding certain areas.
Provide hands-on instruction to caregivers when appropriate; such as showing them how to prepare eggs or make homemade chicken soup.
Communicate promptly to operations team on any issues or potential client concerns.
Actively with other team members on creative ways to a positive client experience.
Participate in caregiver orientation.
Develop trusting, supportive relationships with caregivers, clients, and clients? families.
Communicate as needed with in accounts where our clients reside; assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, apartment buildings, hotels.
Promptly document results of each client visit in client file.

Four year college degree
3 - 5 years experience in Healthcare, Hospitality or in a Luxury Market
Sophisticated and polished presentation
Knowledgeable and comfortable with the ins/outs of New Jersey
Must enjoy multi-tasking in a faced paced environment
