Director of Client Services Job Opening in Bedminster, New jersey - The Director of Client Service serves as the lead responsible for the general management of all aspects of Beacon?s Account Services. The Director maintains high-level client contact relationships in addition to oversight of the management of the day to day operations of the Account Service Teams. The Director, working with the General Manager, establishes and implements Agency operational standards to ensure the timely delivery of multiple account initiatives.
General Responsibilities
Primary functions include maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and account business needs; P & L responsibilities across client base; maintenance of existing business; development of new business (both organic and new); hiring, oversight, and development of the Account Services team; ultimate oversight on development of strategic and tactical initiatives to meet client business objectives; and development of unique offerings that differentiate Beacon from market competitors

Education and experience
4 year college degree required.
Masters degree a plus
Industry related and/or Agency experience required.
10+ years previous healthcare Agency work experience required.
