Looking for an aggressive company expanding our network and serve our clients more efficiently. We currently cover 30 states in need of a company that has the resources and staff to cover portions of the state with a high volumes of vacant properties. This industry requires contractors that have handyman skills and general knowledge of property preservation business. Most properties will require winterizing, high volume of grass cuts, lock replacement, others may require complete renovations. Access to he following equipment is suggested in order to service HUD properties including : generator, compressor, hand tools, trailer, truck, office equipment including fax, digital camera, computer, DSL, and general liability insurance.
